I already have a user profile.
After logging in, select Request Online Applications from the list under My Profile. Then put a check beside SOS Web and click submit.
I don't have a user profile.
This link will guide you through the process of creating a user profile and requesting access to PartStore all in one process.
Questions
How long does it take for sample results to appear online?
Sample results are available immediately after being processed. Typically, process time is within 24 hours of receipt of sample.
Can multiple users access the same sample results?
At this time, only one user profile can be linked to a particular account.
Can previous sample results be viewed online?
Yes. Your most current results will appear when you login, but past results can be accessed using the advanced search feature which allows you to search by various criteria such as date, equipment number, etc.
Does SOS Web require any special software?
No. The current version of Microsoft Internet Explorer is recommended. Note, you will need to turn off the pop-up blocker feature if it is currently on.
