Register to compete in Our Operator Challenges*
There is no cost to compete — and all participating operators will receive a free, exclusive Carter Con 2025 Operator t-shirt. Winners of each challenge will receive a prize, and the overall champion will earn a grand prize (details coming soon) and advance to the Eastern Regional Finals in Clayton, NC on September 22, 2025, for a shot at competing in ConExpo 2026.

*Operators must submit an entry application with Carter Machinery, be at least 21 years of age, and legally able to travel to competition locations. Participants will be selected and nominated by Carter Machinery based on skills demonstrated at the local challenge.
