Carter Con Makes Believers Out of Cat Operators

Equipment operators got up close and personal with Caterpillar’s biggest and baddest machines at the 2019 Carter Con Expo and Operator Challenge in September.

This inaugural event – hosted September 12 at Meadow Event Park in Doswell, Virginia – showcased Cat’s latest equipment and technologies, as well as Carter Machinery’s services.

One of the centerpieces of Carter Con was the Global Operator Challenge, which gave machinery operators the chance to show off their skills behind the controls of Cat’s latest products. More than 150 operators signed up to compete in events like the Wheel Loader Load & Carry and Compact Track Loader Obstacle Course.

The event had an educational component as well, with representatives from Carter’s rental, power systems, product support and service teams on hand to discuss solutions with customers.

Some people say “Seeing is believing.” Carter Con personifies Carter Machinery’s belief that “Experiencing is believing.”

We hope you’ll experience the best that Carter and Cat have to offer next year at the 2020 Carter Con. Stay tuned for updates!
