- Compact Track Loader – Obstacle Course
- Mini-Excavator – Golf Challenge*
No cost to compete. All operators must be 18 years or older to compete. First 100 operators will receive a free Carter Con Operator Challenge t-shirt.
Event champion will advance to the North American Regional Finals in Clayton, North Carolina, October 21-25, 2019. Regional champions advance to compete against operators from around the world at the Global Finals at ConExpo 2020.

WHAT TO EXPECT
The operator challenge is part of Carter Con, Carter Machinery’s premier equipment and technology showcase, featuring the latest and greatest of Caterpillar products and Carter services.
*Operator Challenge Prize presented in the form of Visa gift cards totaling $1,000 for each competition, excluding the Mini-Excavator – Golf Challenge. One winner with the best time for the Wheel Loader – Load & Carry event and the Compact Track Loader – Obstacle Course will advance to regional competition in Clayton, NC on October 21-25, 2019. In the event of a tie, a drawing will take place to determine the winner. Winner will be responsible for transportation to and from the regional event in Clayton, NC. Hotel will be provided. Meals are not included. Winner will be given a $250 Visa gift card to help cover travel expenses (gas, meals, etc.). The Mini-Excavator – Golf Challenge is not eligible for a $1,000 Visa gift card and is not eligible to advance to the North American Regional competition.
